Return Policy
At MQS Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, our return policy is designed to make the process simple and straightforward.
Eligibility & Timeframe
- You may return items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your MQS Clothing account and navigate to “Order History.”
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click “Request Return.”
- Follow the prompts to specify the reason for return and choose between a refund or exchange.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email (for domestic orders). International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
- Funds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return—at no extra cost for domestic exchanges.
